Mine was flawless and undamaged, contrary to some of the other reviews I read right here and elsewhere. Create good quality is a small flimsy with virtually no resistance on the dial, but in this value range that is to be expected. It came with three booklets (in 3 languages), and a set of keys. Upon removing it from the box i naturally tried unlocking the safe.
It wouldn't budge.
Just after re-reading the manual etc., I contacted Initial Alert consumer service. Right after ~five minutes I was speaking to an agent. She speedily, casually informed me that the manual was printed incorrectly. Rather than stick to the LEFT-LEFT-Suitable-LEFT-Correct mixture sequence as printed in the manual, one need to dial in Proper-Appropriate-LEFT-Ideal-LEFT. Challenge solved.

good secure. just wanted a beneficial a single without stupid electronic digital lock(awful ones that break down on sentry safes i had), just the combo lock with crucial. functions just fine. serves the purpose for storing significant papers, coins, etc. nothing at all rather important....not that heavy so it could be picked up and taken away unless its bolted down to the floor with attached parts. great price also! nicely happy with it.
